Common Order Tracking Questions

Question: I have placed my order but have not received a tracking number, where is it?

Answer: Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours, please ensure you enter your email address corectly and you check your spam/junk folder for the tracking email. If you have not received it after 24 hours please email us at salescentre@geniestuff.co.uk and we will reply with your tracking number.

Question: My order is marked as in process, what does this mean?

Answer: Once we have received your order we begin processing your order, this includes validating and packaging the order. For guidance on the date of dispatch please see the "dispatch date" field

Question: I would like to know what day and time the delivery will be so I can be at home to receive it?

Answer: For small items under £40 these will arrive with your first class post approximately 2 to 3 working days after you order. If you are not at home to receive this delivery then it can be collected from you local post office or redelivered at a later date, you will receive a Royal Mail "sorry we missed you" card containing all the information you need to arrange this.
For large and/or expensive items these are delivered by Parcel Force 2 to 4 working days after you order, you do not need to stay at home to sign for the item, instead once you receive the Parcel Force "You were out" card you can arrange to collect the item from your local post office or depot or arrange another delivery day which better suits you.
For emergencies only (i.e. 4 working days after you place the order) we can contact Parcel Force to get their best estimate on the day and time of your delivery.

Question: What is the best way to contact you for delivery information?

Answer: As we may need to contact the courier for information to answer your question we recommend emailing us at salescentre@geniestuff.co.uk. Please include your full tracking number and order date. We will endevour to answer your question as quickly as possible.
