The HG170 P226, a superb quality gas powered metal airsoft pistol. Made with precision by HFC Taiwan this gun has a tough metal construction, including the internals, frame and a all important metal topslide which moves back and forth when firing. The only ABS parts being the handle top covers which gives a grippier surface. Benefits of gas powered airsoft handguns over electric is that they have almost the same power of a rifle but fit in your pocket.
Once filled with gas it will fire 2 or 3 mags of BB between refills, depending on the gas used. And no, removing the magazine will not vent the gas. Refills take a couple of seconds. Small gas canisters of 200ml or up to 1100ml are available. We recommend you use only high quality gas such as green gas or "Kickass" gas which contains silicone spray for best performance.
Based on the Sig Sauer carried by U.S Navy SEALS. The HG-170 shares the comfortable design and ergonomic layout for unhindered firing in the heat of battle. Just like the real thing this has a locking top-slide, moving hammer, safety and declocking lever. Gas guns require simple periodic maintenance and correct setup lubrication for consistent performance, problems arising from lack of maintenance cannot be covered by the warranty.
